Today I wanted to try to make something involving fresh fruit. With that being said, I decided to make banana pudding which is made using fresh bananas. Along with that, you also need cream cheese, butter, condensed milk, whipped cream, and chessman cookies (optional).
The hardest part to the banana pudding would be the technique of smoothing out the cream cheese and sweet condensed milk using a wooden spoon. It was also very hard working with the fresh fruit because you had to wait until the bananas were ripe so that they will not change the taste of the pudding in the end.
